Every cell in a body is tasked with a specific mission. So it is with us humans, except that we have agency, which means that we can choose our own mission. 

A Vita Mission helps restore Gya, to full health.

When we grow something, we become present to the extraordinary wonder of life and more aware of what we have in common with other living beings. 

You could start with a Monstera deliciosa plant or a simple home aquarium. 

Maybe one day you could help plant a forest, or restore a marine ecosystem. 

Find Yourself in Nature calls upon us to periodically visit natural areas and embrace the wild outdoors. 

When we escape the man-made world, we find peace and develop a deeper reverence for Gya, the Living Planet that is our life-support system.

One way to get in touch with Gya is to sense her natural cycles by observing the lunar cycles. 

On the Full Moon, the night before or after, gather with friends and aquaintences and use this auspicious event to engage in an evening of Big Talk.

We can do this by going to a place with zero skyglow during Milky Way season to view the galactic core.

These are the biophysical systems that need to be maintained for life to prosper on Earth. 

The boundary exhibited by visiting a dam is Freshwater Change - Blue Water.

Before the industrial revolution, civilization was relatively sustainable. 

Reaching the brink of ecological collapse in less than 300 years required the complicity of all institutions. 

To avert Anthropocene Collapse and enter the Verdant Age, every institution must be reinvented, even the tradition of New Year.
