The lower inner rings represent human civilization and the Living Planet. The outer circle represents continuum, but it is broken because the humans are not living in balance with the Living Planet.

The upper, inner circle forms the shape of the Verda — the symbol of the Verdant Age, the future time when humans and the Living Planet thrive in synergy, deep into the Long Future.
